What we do
Netexem started in November 2013 installing phone systems for offices around Tustin and Irvine. The company still does one thing well: it puts a working phone system in a business, keeps it running, and answers the phone when something goes wrong. Today that covers five services.

How we work
Every customer starts with a free consultation, in the office, on Zoom or by phone, where we count users and lines and design the system around how the business actually answers calls. A Netexem technician then installs and configures it on site, usually in one to four hours, and ports the existing numbers the same day. Staff are trained before we leave. After that, support is in-office across Southern California in under two hours, and 24/7 by phone.
The pricing is deliberately simple: $19.99 or $29.99 per user per month, fixed, with installation, training and number porting included and no term contract on any plan. If the system is not right for you, cancel within 30 days of the install date and every dollar is refunded once the equipment comes back. Full details are on the pricing page.

Netexem Inc is a registered telecommunications provider, not a reseller of someone else's licence. We hold FCC Form 499 Filer ID 837524, California Public Utilities Commission operating authority U-7471-C with a $25,000 surety bond, a Robocall Mitigation Database filing, and our own STIR/SHAKEN certificate, so every outbound call is signed at full attestation.
